Unicorn Peanut Butter Sprinkle Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 large egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
sprinkles
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms. TIP: If you want to catch a big unicorn, use a lot of sprinkles. If you want to catch a baby unicorn, use fewer sprinkles!
- Roll the dough into approximately 9 balls.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 9-12 minutes. TIP: If you like your cookies slightly chewie, bake for closer to 9 minutes.
