1 Itsy Unicorn’s World App

1.1 The Itsy Unicorn App is a free app that can be downloaded from the Apple and Google Play Stores. All users can learn more about the Amitie Lane Digital, Product and Giving Ecosystem, which showcases key causes and brand impact.
1.2 Augmented Reality Experience
The Itsy Unicorn App includes various Augmented Reality (AR) experiences that can only be unlocked by scanning supported physical projects. Supported products include:

Unicorn Musical Jewelry Box
- Launches Itsy Unicorn World Experience
DIY Unicorn Journal Set
- Journal cover: Launches Unicorn World Experience
DIY Unicorn Terrarium Kit
- Terrarium Gift Card: Launches Unicorn World Experience

All AR Experiences are free to unlock for owners of the above Amitie Lane Products and do not require any in-game purchases. Additional features, interactions, environments and stories will be rolled out with future App updates and will continue to remain free to use for owners of the supported products.

1.3 Gifting

All Amitie Lane products are designed to be gifts, which passes on the ownership of the products and ability to unlock the AR experiences for free. This includes gifting stickers included with selected Amitie Lane products to share the magical world with others. The resale of individual stickers is not permitted.

1.4 Safety

Amitie Lane’s Itsy Unicorn app is optimised to be child friendly. Gameplay, controls and features are easy to use. Supervised gameplay is required for children under (6). To ensure a safe experience please ensure:
AR Gameplay occurs in a well-lit area with space to move around when exploring different camera angles and distance AR Experience is played from a single stable, still surface and not on a moving surface.
Ensure that gameplay happens away from water, wet surfaces, liquids or anything that can result in slippage and or water damage to your device.
Ensure that extended gameplay in extremely hot weather conditions is monitored for any battery overheating.

1.5 App Updates

New experiences and features will be made accessible to the App surrounding new product releases. All App updates will be free and will continue to be void of in-app purchases.

2 AR App Privacy

2.1 Upon launching the app you must agree to our privacy rules:
Itsy Unicorn App requires access to your camera to scan and trigger the AR experience Gameplay photos can be taken and stored onto your device
Gameplay photos are stored on your device and are not distributed by Amitie Lane
No personal data is collected and stored by Amitie Lane via the Itsy Unicorn App Personal data will be collected when purchasing physical Amitie Lane products, see the Privacy Policy here.

2.2 Privacy FAQ:

• Does the Itsy Unicorn app include third-party analytics? NO
• Does the Itsy Unicorn app include third-party advertising? NO
• Will my data be shared with any third parties? NO
• Is the Itsy Unicorn app collecting any user or device data for purposes beyond third-party analytics or third-party advertising? NO

3 AR App Support

3.1 Accessing AR Gameplay
The Itsy Unicorn App home screen lets you scan the Itsy Unicorn graphic on one of the supported products listed below to unlock the Augmented Reality (AR) gameplay experiences. Supported products include:
